Thats definatly Angie Bowie, Davids now ex-wife. Despite the fact that she is speaking with a british accent in this movie, she is in reality an american who was living in England at the time she met Bowie.

She has an American accent. I think she was just kidding around and putting on a British accent at the beginning of that segment- if you notice at the end of the scene she's speaking with an American accent.
shareYeah, I did notice that. I also noticed that, although she claims to be the creative genius behind the Ziggy look, you will never see her in the dressing rooms directing what costume goes on next or how David would be made up.
Pray that there's intelligent life somewhere up in space 'cos its bugger all down here on Earth.
