Hated it

This is the worst I've seen from Woody Allen thus far. The premise is interesting, but the execution is ridiculously tedious (especially for a 75 minute movie) and, with the exception of a few amusing jokes, it's just not funny, 3/10. I guess the "mockumentary theme" just didn't work for me.

Ditto. I was expecting to love it and once again be charmed by Allen's timeless wit. I guess I didn't get this movie. There couldn't be anything more boring that to see the same joke repeated ad infinitum (fortunately this is also one of Allen's shortest features). I honestly cannot imagine an audience laughing as hard at the last transformation as the first transformation. I gave it a generous 2 out of 5 stars for its technical merit.

I really enjoyed it because of it's technical merit and it's timeless tale of someone realizing that they should be themselves. It's a beautiful message.

These are some movies of mine. Enjoy!

Not sure about the message, but it´s probably his most original. And, unlike the similarly innovative manhandling of vintage footage such as Dead Men Wear No Plaid from the year before, it´s actually funny. Very funny.

And don´t even start me about Forrest Gump.

Woody Allen's one of greatest achievements. It has gleefully sharp insight into ridiculousness of human nature and popular chord.
