just for fun, plot ideas for Xtro 4.

Ok my two cents:

At this point I'd rather see Davenport do a remake of the first rather than a sequel, I think the premise still has a lot of untapped potential for originality and creepiness. Personally I'd aim to keep the weird, dark and surreal atmosphere of the original, leaving enough of the creature's origin and full nature unexplained as to let the viewer's imagination run wild, avoid crappy modern CGI effects like the plauge, but tighten up the script, character developement and plot holes of the first.

2017, a astronomical research station in Antarctica searching the sky makes a chilling discovery, a bright new object is spotted in the sky, but it is at such an approach angle that it can only be viewed from Antarctica.

this information is sent back to the authorities and world powers, it is decided that this information should be kept from the general public for fear of mass panic breaking out.

It appears that the earth is being approached by mysterious 'planet X', a cluster of planetoids that have a bizarre 3000 year eliptical orbit in our solar system and only approach the earth once in this time period, the last time they came close is written about in the ancient tomes of the Sumerians! And the legends of the hideous aquatic lifeforms that spread knowledge to the ancient world, The Dagon.

Soon the earth is being struck by devastating meteor strikes from the assosciated flotsam arriving with planet x.

Soon an expedition is hurriedly put together to investigate one of the moons of this mysterious planet from where strange radio signals have been detected.

A moon of ice and water...the expedition heads towards the unknown and the fate of world could be in their hands.

Scene: The eggs from the first movie are flushed down the drain.

Cut To Scene : Donald Trump sitting on the toilet. Xtro come up underneath and shoot mouth tentacle to Donald's sphincter. Donald screams "Oh My Hemorrhoids" and collapses.

Several hours later Donald comes to and crawls off the toilet into the lounge.. Que to Donald lying on his stomach with a glazed look. Belly swells forcing him into kneeling position..

Donald starts to scream loudly and painfully as he forces a full grown man out of his sphincter. During the process Donald dies.
Man - now born showers, dresses, and leaves.

Que to police detectives at scene. Donald is still in kneeling position. Pan picture to totally obliterated anus and rectum..

Detective 1: "Do you think it was a Fisting gone wrong?"

Detective 2: "Either that of the Republican's revenge. Thought I never thought he could be a bigger *beep* before today.."

Detective 1:"So do we write this up as 'Self Inflicted'

Detective 2: "Yeah *chuckles* It will look great on the tabloids. Hey" (to photographer) "Do you want to get a couple of good shots of this.."
