I think you have the wrong version of Wind in the Willows - this one was one complete film, not a series
It became a series, two of them actually. After years of searching and finding a few episodes here and there they released the entire collection on dvd. I don't know if it's been released for region 1 yet but I purchased the region 2 set and converted them.
