ICBM (mock) shot down by USS John Finn rocket 11/17/20

The SM-3 Block IIA interceptor successfully collided with a decending ICBM.

This is the first time a interceptor from a warship had shot down a ICBM in space.

The mock ICBM took off from Kwajalein Atoll in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.
