dismemberment scene

Ok, this is kind of an unusual question, but here goes:

I'm reading an article on the psychiatric condition Koro and it's possible links to cannibis use. In one case study they mentioned that a subject was high, started watching the movie, saw a dismemberment scene that disturbed him, then quit watching the movie, and came back and finished watching it later. Any idea what this scene was (it could be related to castration, since Koro is a fear of your genitals retracting into your body).
