Dag, the chic fil-a is still there!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the mall indoor scenes are filmed at the del amo fashion center. the chic fil-a thats seen in the backround in the beginning, is still there after all these years WOW.

Can anyone get some pics of things as they are? When you say it's been renovated are you saying the chik fil-a etc are now gone?

That's not a chic-fil-a, that's a Hot Dog On A Stick. We didn't get CFA out here until recently.

yes, its definalty a chic fil-a in the movie you can clearly see it. Now whether its been removed or closed down is beyond me..

Yep, most definitely a Chic-Fil-A. Del Amo (the mall) was my local mall growing up. The restaurant is two stories inside and has been there since at least the early 80s.

Chik-fil-a has been in CA since the early 80s. We had one in the local mall near Monterey back then, and the mall in Redondo had one as far back as 95, and maybe earlier. They are just now expanding again.

It's sad that the Sherman Oaks Galleria has been yuppiefied. I went to the new and (insert antonym for "improved" here) Galleriea. Bleah. Not someplace you want to go between June and Sept (when it's scorching hot in the valley) or when it rains.
