Incredible movie I had never heard of

I'm poking around Amazon Prime and this shows up. I love Hackman and old-school Nolte so I thought I'd pop it in for a few and see what's up.

It felt like you were actually in Nicaragua during the rebellion. I don't know how they did it - did they film on location? The number of extras they needed for some scenes was impressive. There was a solid story, a few twists and shocks, and some interesting questions on journalistic versus moral integrity.

I don't think I've ever seen a Nick Nolte movie that I didn't like.

I don't remember this particular movie - there was another similar movie with James Woods and Maria Conchita Alonso and some guy who could throw baseballs, throwing grenades.

That's Salvador, which I haven't seen in years. There is a scene in Under Fire with a guy throwing a grenade and they keep saying he will be a baseball player.
