Music for Under Fire

This was a great project. I ended up teaching Gene Hackman how to play the piano for a scene in this movie. He was a great talent. He had no background in keyboards yet learned to accompany himself singing, and he accomplished this all in about a month.
He subsequently learned to play a short song I wrote for the movie, and was filmed playing this song. I ended up writing and recording some more music that was used throughout the rough cut. Great fun in all.
