When Rhodes took the leader, the men became as one!

Think when Rhodes took the lead, the men became as one. Meaning the leader role. As the Kevin Scott character, really had no respect from the others and really didn't have the right to tell them what to do. He was younger and a rookie. As someone that didn't go in combat. Like Rhodes and the five others did.
The men finally looked up to Rhodes. And Scott also became more of a team player, rather than a leader. That is what he needed to be all along.
Rhodes should had taken command in the first place. Or possibly, then again Sailor wouldn't kick Scott's butt in the first place as well.
