Was this the movie where someone dressed as Hitler walks into an English pub where they are singing "10 green bottle 'anging on the wall" and they see him and someone's cigar falls in his beer?

If not, what movie was it? I just saw the 1942 version (original) with Jack Benny and there was no such scene.
