The Character Named Ralph

In the film he is referred to as "Weird Ralph" and is a prophet of doom saying that bad things will happen. He reminded me of a similar character in the original 1980 version of FRIDAY THE 13TH called "Crazy Ralph". TO ALL A GOODNIGHT was also released in that year.
