The fact that not only didn't he have the balls the fire quinelle himself (instead training a parrot to)..but also making sure donald couldn't contact him...and presumably giving the secretary a gun to chase him off in case he threw a tantrum. What a total pussy. I know this is a comedy...but seriously

At least Gary cole's character in One hour photo told it straight to his face and with no fear whatsoever. Almost makes him look like a friggin hero

I know, really this movie made some great predictions considering the firing culture we live in. My girlfriend had a new manager fire her via email after having worked over 12 years there. The coward waited the day after new year's eve because she was the only one willing to work that night which she had done for many years. Next day she emails her to fire her and subsequently denied any of her unemployment benefit claims by lying.
