Is the DVD cut?

IMDB indicates the movie is 118 minutes, but the back of the DVD case (issued by Shout Factory) says it's "+/- 106 minutes."

Does anyone know the situation here? Thanks.

The Shout Factory DVD is actually 113 min. That is consistent with a transfer from a PAL version with the 4% speed-up. It's not edited.
