Did anybody notice the lack of color in this full color film?

There were a lot of extras in this movie and a lot of sub-characters. How many African-Americans were in it, one for sure (one of the candidates henchmen), but were there any others? I mean ANY? Is the entire town of Ft. Lauderdale completely void of blacks?
I'm not pissed or anything. Hell, I'm white. It was made 25 years ago. I'm just saying ... the depiction left me scratching my head a little.
Anyway, it's fine film that makes me feel old after not seeing it for 20 years.

It wasn't a black scene, period.

There's a black guy tossing a football around in front of the motel when Nelson and Adam arrive. I actually found it noteworthy.
