The proof is it sounds EXACTLY like him, and Reitman and Ramis are known to have been acquainted at the time (from Animal House, producer and writer, respectively). Circumstantial, admittedly, but I have a great ear for voices, and I am 98% sure that's Harold Ramis on the radio.
