The aunt had a few screws loose. She even had Angela’s physical altered.

No, in the beginning she hints to having had their “physicals”, or medical checkups required by the camp signed off instead of actually completed. I would have to watch the beginning again but I’m almost sure of it. 😀

the aunt was a doctor so i assumed they were faked. no one at the camp examined angela

Right, but to go to camp the kids had to get a check up. I didn’t realize the crazy aunt WAS the doctor.
