I guess Mike got lucky. He was the only one that didn't get killed after making fun of Angela. Or did he get killed off screen?

Fun Fact: His actor (Tom Van Dell) went on to do behind-the-scenes work for Return to Sleepaway Camp almost twenty years later with some of the original cast from the first movie.
