Need help for a ninja movie

Hey guys, I know I'm not talking about this movie, but I'm desperately trying to find another ninja movie I saw when I was a kid, and I thought you could help me:
the movie's about a ninja in white suit who works for some gang (lead, of course, by an evil ninja master) and who's growing tired of killing. He tries to leave, but the gang kill his girlfriend in an attempt to get rid of him (they make the car explode). Our poor white ninja tries to hide and bumps into a Black commando guy who accepts to help him, then together they come back to the evil ninja and kill him. It was a quite silly movie (not to say cheesy as Hell) with poor special effects, but I loved it when I was a kid, so I'd like to see it again. Here are a few scenes I remember, if it may help you:

The ninjas can strip from civilian clothes to ninja suits in a blink (yeah, like the Power Rangers but with smoke grenades instead of lightnings). Must be the silliest thing in the movie.

The white ninja has several fights against the gang's assassins in places such as a waterfall, an amusement park, and an ice rink. Everytime, he uses a girl to trick them into his trap.

Near the end, the white ninja sneaks into the master's fortress by using boobytraps and ninja stars. Then, his commando friend breaks in with tons of guns and destroys everything.

During the final fight, the evil master uses illusions to make "clones" but the white ninja finds the real one by reflecting light in his eyes with his sword. It takes place in a forest.

By the way, I loved Revenge of the Ninja. It's about the only ninja movie I know that talks about ninjas without magic or superhuman abilities, it's a good change. Are there more like that ?
