This movie is great! mattei mentions in an interview on the disk that he tried to make his movies like a "cartoonist". I think he probably said that because he was never proud of how they turned out but this movie does feel like a cartoon. It’s violent and has less than half a brain but it’s enjoyable to watch because it doesn't attempt to be something it isn't. The acting is funny and the effects are more like gags. I really like this one.

I didn't think it was bad at all. Judging by the low rating, all the reviews, and everything I've heard about it, I was expecting some MST3K reject of a movie. But it was actually quite good and well made.
