THE FUNNIEST SCENE IN THE MOVIE WAS ROD BALL DRUNK AS A MONKEY YELLING 'WOOGIE WOOGIE WOOGIE'AT THE POLICE. I SAW THIS IN THE THEATER WHEN I WAS 14 AND STILL LAUGH MY A$$ OFF EVERY TIME I SEE THAT SCENE.

I absolutely agree. I saw it on VHS the first time back in the 80s--rewound it about a dozen times and laughed until I wept! The look on the officers' faces is what does me in...you can just hear them thinking, "What the he11 is THAT? I'M not going out there!!!" ;-D

To this day, i still tell people ,who have never seen this, about this part. Thats the funniest thing i have EVER seen.
