Only Pee Wee feared she was dead. All the other guys were in on the prank against him. They knew she was faking her heart attack, and still alive.

Pee Wee tried to play a prank, getting her to seduce them, then Steve dressed as a zombie would scare them. But the others were one step a head, even Brian decided to join the others and prank him. So they talked with the girl after Pee Wee did. And they came up with the "her dying during sex" graveyard prank.

No, here's what happened. Pee Wee was going to use Gloria as revenge for the Cherry Forever gag. He was probably going to use Steve rising out of the grave while the other guys were naked and scare the crap out of them. The boys got wind of this and paid Gloria to pretend to want Pee Wee and while they had sex, she would die. They were pretending that Gloria had died during sex and that Pee Wee was now in trouble (coitus interruptus extremus). They also paid those rednecks to scare Pee Wee away with the shotguns. Understand now?

Everyone thought she was dead? Are you blind? They were trying not to laugh their arses off the whole time, but failed miserably. Mickey almost exploded.
