I just found out today that there is a new movie coming out 2008 with the same characters called Love and Virtue. Check out http://imdb.com/title/tt0906612/

Actually, this move and Love and Virtue are based on some very well known 16th century Italian epic poems by Ludovico Ariosto called "Orlando Furioso" (Mad Orlando) and "Orlando Inamorato" (Orlando in Love). Check it out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orlando_Furioso. Sadly, the Wikipedia entry doesn't mention "Hearts and Armor," which is one of my favorite cheesy 80s flicks ever!

(Wow, that's superdorky. Even for IMDB.)
