House same as 'Lacey's' in 'Annie Hall'?

Hello, all!

Be assured I tried to see if the answer was already on IMDB or elsewhere, but it is not. I haven't seen "Osterman" in a while, but I recently saw "Annie Hall", and the first thing I thought of when they showed the outside of character "Tony Lacey's" house was that it was the same one from this flick.

In "Hall", the exterior shot of Lacey's house is very short, but has anyone else seen both and think it might be the same one?
