Just thought I would point out that if anyone actually gives a damn? This film was produced and released in 1982 not 1976 as IMDB has it listed as being

This is on Netflix to watch instantly and I was thinking it looked "newer" than 1976, so thank you for clearing this up. I thought maybe I was overthinking the whole thing, but I'm glad to know it stood out to someone else too.

The Ford Fairmont they were driving didn't come out until 1978, so obviously it couldn't be 1976. That and Jim Brown had aged quite a bit since his late 1960s pics, so that made me think 1982 also (I didn't see the film when it was new)

It's interesting that they have the year wrong. How does one go about alerting the right people to get it corrected?

Imdb used to have the right year, but there's some jackass who's been going around and changing the years on all the titles; movies from 1976 are now from 1980, 1984's 'Story Of A Junkie' was changed to 1987 and is now from 1985.
