If Jesus was a Jew, why does he has a Mexican first name?

Jesus the Christ was and is not a jew - he was not part of any religion. I don't know why people keep claiming this. He was beyond petty things, like organized religions, cults and such.

He was a Cosmic Messenger, that came here to tell you, people of this planet, how you can turn this planet into a paradise, where everyone would be happy.

Of course you guys had to murder and mutilate him and twist and pervert his message and then construct some cults and religions that emptily and soullessly spew some of his words like a robotic mantra without even the highest priests understanding what the words mean anymore.

"Jesus" is not a mexican (or even spanish) name anyway.

From wikipedia:

"Jesus (IPA: /ˈdʒiːzəs/) is a masculine given name derived from the name Iēsous (Greek: Ἰησοῦς), the Greek form of the Hebrew name Yeshua (Hebrew: ישוע‎).[1][2] As its roots lie in the name Yeshua, it is etymologically related to another biblical name, Joshua. "Jesus" is usually not used as a given name in the English-speaking world, while its counterparts have had longstanding popularity among people with other language backgrounds, such as the Spanish Jesús or the Arabic Isa."

I know you were trying to be funny, but you failed, so I had to respond seriously.
