Anyone have any DVD info?

Is Celestial releasing this as part of their Shaw Bros roll-out, or is this going to fall through the cracks? I REALLY want to see this gem of a movie, but would like to see it in an uncut restored condition (actually I'd just like to see it uncut). Anyone have any info or is there anyone who has the movie uncut?

I see the movie listed here for sale (German):

I guess not.... nobody knows anything? Perhaps somebody has an inside scoop that Celestial is bringing it out on DVD sometime soon?

Looks Like this is getting a VCD ONLY release next month aprox., Last few shaw titles in horror genre seem to be vcd only (bummer)!

Yes! Finally some news! Thanks kyonsi for the post and the link. I'll take VCD over nothing any day! I read a little up on it and, at one source:

one poster says it will be out approx. 11/21/2006... but he did say, "Remember to take the release dates with a grain of salt."

I hope that you're more correct with the dates than he is ^_^
