Who do you think Burt Reynolds loved the most in the end?

Before his character died, which woman did you think Burt Reynolds loved the most? To me, as beautiful as they were, if I had to pick one, I'd say that he loved Julie Andrews the most. But that's just me.

It's me too. His therapist was the only one who truly understood and cared (or at least tried to). But really, I think the problem was that Burt's character loved himself too much and women too little.

I couldn't agree more, WarpedRecord.

Julie Andrews. Since it was she that inspired him to go back to work. Her therapy and love was what he needed.

I always liked the scene when they've just made love, then David leaves and begins working on his art while still naked. But the look on Julie Andrew's face says it all. What a joy it must be to know you've inspired an artist to work again. Being a muse is almost as profound as being an artist.

Just me.
