nice review!

one quibble though...

margaret is *not* a nymphomaniac. while she has sex many times, she's always being used - forced into it physically, emotionally, or by peer pressure. that's a key part of her character (and no doubt why she lasts as long as she does, given the proclivities of the alien on the roof!).
