Why does Sandy Frank hate us??

It seems to me that Sandy Frank must have a severe hatred of americans. Why else would he continue to translate these crappy japanese movies and tv shows into english. All I can say is that these movies make perfect targets for MST3K. What otherwise would be unwatchable becomes totally hysterical. I just watched this on the MST3K KTMA episode and loved it but would never bother with it otherwise.
