The mahabharat theatre scene according to me is the best comedic sequence ive ever come across in a movie. Other sequences that come to my mind are the climax sequence of andaaz apna apna, corolla sequence of chupke chupke and innumerable sequences of padosan.

One of my favourite scenes has to be from munnabhai mbbs, when circuit brings a "body" for munna bhai. Also from the same movie when he asks if its necessary to fill the application form....
"It ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get it and keep moving forward"
for me the funniest scene ever is the one when munnabhai tells the doctor he doesn't like chinky he likes suman...that scene cracks me up every time even thought i have seen that movie like 50 times...
