Bluray doesn't look like a 4k scan

So I got my bluray, and the image quality looks about the same of the DVD. I'm guessing this is just a dupe of the DVD, and not a new authored edition.

Too bad. Still a great movie, and enjoyable regardless.

I have the DVD and the quality is far from good. I noticed that it can be viewed through Amazon Prime. Do you think that the Amazon offering will be of higher quality?
