Silver Shamrock electronic circuit in badge, ahead of its time

Depictions of electronic circuits in old movies is usually restricted to very basic circuitry with obvious resistors, capacitors and the odd small chip here and there, as in Short Circuit with Johnny Five, and yet we are led to believe they are hyper advanced or futuristic.

Well, here's an example of the Silver Shamrock badges in Halloween 3 with the strange tiny electronic circuit on the underside: https://www.retrozap.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/SFS087-HalloweenIII-04.jpg

Now, compare that with a modern Intel CPU from decades later, with a similar (if neater) array of tiny components that look nothing like the ones in Short Circuit, etc.: https://images.hothardware.com/contentimages/newsitem/41796/content/small_skylake-x-bottom.jpg

See the similarity? It's quite uncanny how the movie predicted modern electronics, of the sort that didn't exist for real yet in 1982.
