Has The Conal ever been to a strip club?

I wonder...

reply

Does anyone think this post is trolling? It's a legit question

reply

You're a great man, Glenn Head. A true genius.

reply

I got a PM saying this post violated trolling from a moderator. Unless of course said message was a troll post as well...DAYUM!! Blew my mind just now!

reply

lol, kinda funny.

reply

This is ridiculous. I've talked to the site owner once already about moderators abusing their power, and from what I've seen lately, it hasn't stopped, and it's not going to stop unless we do something about it.

This moderator hovers over that stupid trending-bar 24/7 and is totally paranoid about people posting JUST for the purpose of keeping a movie on the trending-bar.

All you have to do is look through the posts on this board over the last year or so to see that we're just a bunch of H-3 fans who occasionally post odd stuff, but it's definitely NOT trolling, and we could not care less about that stupid trending-bar.

IMDb never had a trending-bar, so if that's all we're trying to do, why did we post on this board so much waaaay before this site even started?

They need to either get rid of the trending-bar or (better yet) get rid of Moderator #2!

This site was so much better before he/she went mad with power.

reply

The trending bar is pointless. You either post or you don't. You're only concerned with talking about the movie.

Missed you soggy. Where have you been?

reply

I've been around, but I don't post much anymore as it sickens me to see how far downhill this site has gone in such a short time.

I'm seriously thinking about leaving this site for good.

reply

Aww. Well you have to tell us where you go next. If you walk, i walk

reply

I do hope the two of you walk. That leaves me with more Ellie goodness (and goo-ness) to myself. While you two walk on over to the Holiday Inn Express and split a room with Large Marge, I'll be in Ellie Grimbridge Hand-grip-Lock heaven.

Good luck mates. Bring some oversized raincoats, you'll need that with Marge. Watch out for her dumpster, might want to put some pollyshield on those raincoats.

Well, I'm off to go sexually harass... I I mean chat with Ellen Page in accounting about my tps reports, or something. wait, we don't have tps reports! man....

reply

Who are you Tom?!? Seriously! Leave us alone.

reply

Reported. (again)

reply

AGAIN?!?

reply

The Russians are coming!

reply

Soggybottom--i agree with you wholeheartedly and had to get Jim personally to intervene when his moderators immobilized my account for much the same reason as Glenn Head's Lover was issued his warning. I got into a heated (and ultimately pointless) debate on General Discussion about the dangers of heavy moderation with people that I regard as crypto-fascists for whom "trolling" is usually just somebody who disagrees with them..

reply

I'm willing to wager it was Moderator 2 who contacted you, Glenn Head's Lover. He has already contacted me a couple of times. A recent time involved supposed "spamming" because I was making Fred: The Movie trend by providing questions or observations on that terrible film which, like Halloween 3, is a bad movie it can be amusing to study. Somebody posted about Moderator 2 recently on General Discussion. He is awful, and this site will never gather steam if people hear about excessive moderation and censoring of posts. The only reason I haven't left already is because the site conveys at least the illusion it is something like IMDb and contains most of the old posts from there, though I will probably eventually weary of any forum with heavy and unnecessary moderation.. I don't see any substantial growth in the site the past few months. I am, however, seeing quite a lot more dumb ads and clickbait, making the site look cheap and unprofessional. But my major concern has always been excessive moderation, supposedly to protect the online community against the troll bogeyman that some people on this site are so afraid of. Have these people who argue in favor of more moderation ever heard of the Ignore button? That's the best way to handle trolls, which is why I was never bothered by them on IMDb despite Col Needham's bullshit statement to the contrary.

reply

My name is Glenn Head. Not Glenn Head's Lover. And what the hell is Fred: The Movie?

reply

A tour de force from comic genius Wunderkind Lucas Kruikshank in his Fred Figglehorn persona. His Youtube videos were a viral sensation especially among kids or teens about ten years ago leading to guest spots on Hannah Montana and iCarly and eventually his movie, which is quite an experience for the bad movie lover. It would be appreciated if you would go to its board and reply to one of my posts there, so we can see the lovely sight of Fred:The Movie and Halloween 3 trending on Moviechat. The crybullies, who abuse the report function and are the greatest champions of heavy moderation, will no doubt go berzerk, and I imagine Moderator 2's prying, fascist eyeballs will be studying every post for any perceived infraction. Let them see if they wish. We came here to talk about movies and even bad movies we don't take seriously like H3. I don't have much time to stress over humorless dolts like Moderator 2 and those so willing to call anything out of the mainstream a form of "trolling."

reply

You know that guy who suggests movies that no one has ever heard of or cares about? Thats what Meta is to us.

reply

You asked what Fred: The Movie was and I provided a Wikipedia-worthy description. You can thank me now.

reply

I thank no one

reply

GLENN!!! You're doing it again!

reply

Doing what?

reply

We can't afford to stick out.

reply

Oh, was I sticking out? Was I? Sorry.

reply

It's ok. Just don't try not to do that when Marge is hanging around. Kinda sick.

reply

Hey Tom, when did you first see Halloween 3?

reply

1987. I remember it well. My first thought was "wtf" where is Michael Myers. Then I thought about that Ellie-Robo hand and wish to God I had one. How abouts you?

reply

I saw it in 1998. And I thought to myself, Horny looks like a milk maid.

reply

do you have a link to fred the movie?

reply

It's free right now along with its sequels on Vudu if you have that on your streaming service.

reply

thank you, i will look into it
