Tom Atkins wasn't muscle bound like Schwarzenegger or Stallone, in fact the closest actors I would compare him to would be Kurt Russel or Bruce Willis, who reperesented the average guy kicking ass. In this movie he was the average guy kicking ass, getting the girl and he did it with a sweet mustache, you don't see an average dude like Tom Atkins in 2016, fronting movies these days,

Nah he's more like an unattractive Harrison Ford. Big Tom comes across as a real man who is put in unusual circumstances. He drinks, smokes, pulls younger birds and acts like a man should. I love his characters / performances in Halloween 3 and The Fog!
Tom Atkins is the man. Plus none of these leading actor's can get their clothing to last "another day" and have SWAG like Mr. Atkins.
