Funniest line in the movie?

I roared when Muhammed Jerome Willie is arguing with his girlfriend and yells "Francine...get in here....now" then John says "you want some advice? Be gentle with her. Women love it when you're gentle" Then he sees the look of frsutration on MJW's face and says "I'll just shut the *beep* right up"

Also,
Grandmother Reese: He was fat, with bad lungs.

Ha ha ha! I also like the "Kung Fu Yu" thing, when the guy said, "Hey can't you read the sign? No seducing in the cafeteria!!" the sign said something else though and that's what made it more funny!

John Candy is on a nightclub stage after he apologized to Nancy for embarrassing her at the wedding rehearsal, saying, "Here's to you, Nance...it's called "Me and My D**k"...I'm gonna sing with my d**k in my hand. Remember, I love you.....drum roll, please?"

Funny as hell!

I almost cry from laughing at the scene where DePasqule is telling his secretary to hold all his calls when John Candy comes to see him at his office. That and that fact the secretary always mispronouces his name, calling him "deepasquall". 5 seconds after telling her to hold his calls...."You have a phone call on line 2 Mr Deepasquall."

"MORON!!!"
"MORON!!!"

He just screams at her LOUD!! Way over the top yelling at her....LMAO

One of the funniest things ever....lol

One of my favorite and Best lines in the movie, also showing John's true comedic genius and timing and just overall funny wit! Typical John. The dinner table scene, as is:

*Mr. Reese*
"Like I was saying, how much money do you make in a year?"

*John*
"Oh!! (mouth full of food..while talking) Inna year?!....I uh-I'd
say anywhere from thirty to uh...11,000 a year sir..but I invest very
heavily in stock"
...
*Mr. R.*
"Yeah? Who's yur investor?"

*John*
"Oh it's..it's a..you wouldn't know em'."

*Mr. R*
"Really?"

*John*
"(dramatic whisper of impossibility) Nooooo"

*Mr. R*
"Come on ..who is it? I know alot of small firms"

*John*
"It's just that there uh-new almost and uh (*stalls to think) they
... go by the name of-of ..uh (*Puts fist with napkin to forehead in quick
attempted wit to think on the spot*) S-smith and and Andy...n' Opey
..aAAAHHGH!! (*Falls back in chair, breaking it*)

*Mr.R*
"You-you clumsy Ox!! Do-did you see what you did?!"

*Nancy Reese (John's Fiance)*
"He Didn't mean to break the chair!"

*Grandma Reese*
"Heee's TOO FAT!"

I crack up everytime I think of this scene. Can't help NOT TO :)

R.I.P. John C.

When the younger sister rants and storms out at the family dinner and Candy's future Mother-in-law apologizes for her behaviour saying "she's been under a lot of stress lately", to which Flaherty says "oh it's ok Mrs Reese, stress is known to turn people into complete shitheads"
