Mine has got to be the guy who dumps his mirror of coke in the shag carpet when someone asks him the time "BUMBER MAN!"

Colonell O'Connell. Just because of the name. It was so out of the blue and meaningless, it cracked me up :D Also, the scene after he gets high off the water was very funny.
