What happened at the end??? Did yolanda leave and the mother superior scream because she was gone? or did i hear a gunshot in the background???

No gunshot.
Just the mother superior screaming because, on again, she's left alone by the object or her affection.

The audio track is in such bad shape that I can easily understand that you could hear a gunshot.
No gunshot, just the "Abadesa" (Julia) screaming after realizing that her obscure object of desire have disappeared. Pretty lame ending if you ask me.
