Name of the song that plays when the credits start to roll

It's the first song that starts playing as the credits start to roll, when the older Eddie Wilson is walking down the street disappearing into the night, I swear I can't find the song anywhere on CDs or You-Tube, but I think it's called "City of Lights" since that's the recurring lyric. Or am I crazy?

That's a really cool tune... Go to YouTube and search for John Cafferty Season in Hell. Then fast forward about 3 and a half minutes into it. I think that's the part you're talking about. The lyrics go something like

Can you see the light,
Can you hear the sound,
Can you feel this whole world turning around?

I don't have the soundtrack, but I'm pretty sure it's on there.

The song is called "Season In Hell (Fire Suite)" and is the last song on the soundtrack. Listen through the entire song, as the other poster said, the part where Eddie is walking down the street comes in about halfway through this song which is 6:14 long.
