at the end of part one, doc has the tapes.... then magically that weasel at satin records has them in part 2 along with another tape. was doc killed off and tha tapes taken or what? did he get in a car accident on the way to deliver the tape along with the second mystery tape he probably sat in on while it was being recorded?

There was a scene between doc and frank...and doc says...I sold the rights back to Lou eisen that ba$tard remember him. I think the scene was when frank went to see doc at the radio station.
So my guess is once doc got the tapes back and tried to use em they were taken away by the record company...since he wasn't the rights holder.
