La Posada hotel

I had the honor of staying at the La Posada inn last week. Awesome hotel! They have NO recollection of this movie being filmed there though...

Anyone around working there during the filming is probably long retired.
I live in laredo, and just found out about this movie.

They refer to the hotel as a "dump" in the movie, but it's really quite nice. I wonder if it has been renovated since this movie was made.

None of interiors of the hotel was filmed, only the outside. The rooms and lobby look very different. I'm from Laredo.
