Is this movie the one that ends with a lizard man actually as a stow away on the chopper and it attacks the guy and girl? I am not sure if this is that movie but that is all I remember. ..ends with a still shot and a typical 80 song playing as the movie ends.

It ends with Fonda and Raffin looking back to see one of the creatures in the rear of the helicopter. Free frame. We never see it attack.
