Two character actors

When we first see Ted Wass' character, he is working undercover as a hooker in a blonde wig. The two detectives monitoring him from a nearby vehicle are well known character actors Trey Wilson and Raymond Serra. They are unbilled and neither one is credited on IMDb as having appeared in the film. But I'm 100% sure that it's Mr. Serra and 95% sure that it's Mr. Wilson.
