a looooong time ago i seen a 'bad cop' movie where the cop pulls over two girls and he screams at them and somehow makes the driver give him a blow job. i know what you are thinking, and it was NOT a porn, it was serious corrupt cop movie and im wanting to say it was Keitel who was the cop....

is this the movie im talking about?

i remember being really really young seeing that and freaking out thinking that cops had that much power haha

No, mate, the one you're thinking of is Bad Lieutenant. It does have Keitel, but was made around 10 years after this one.

OP Bad Lieutenant is definitely what you're looking for. I ended up buying a copy of Corrupt Lieutenant because I thought it was B. Lieutenant.........confusing titles.
