Diff title Cop Killer?

Late night on I think ThisTV (free TV) a movie came on with Harvey Keitel starring. It was a very strange film, and when I looked up Cop Killer, it seemed like the original had a different title. Seemed pre-Mean Streets.
I dig Keitel, so this was an interesting film to run across.

I'm not a woman much less Deanna Durbin, but the old-time glam-shot appeals to me.
