I have conflicting thoughts about this movie. I must say that the late Dennis Weaver (R.I.P.) in this movie just didn't feel right. A nod for a memorable performance goes to James Spader, as his son. I thought that Weaver and Spader worked together very well as father and son, but I found Weaver in his portrayal of a real estate agent to be much less believable.
