So this is like years later, but I've been marathoning Andrew's films this weekend and I recommend:

- Pretty in Pink (obviously)

- Heaven Help Us (similar to Class, and I read it's one of his favorite roles from the '80s, even more so than his bigger hits)

- Mannequin (hilarious and he looks great in it)

- Less Than Zero (haven't seen it yet but heard great things)

- St Elmo's Fire (he is pretty much the only likeable character in it, and it's fun seeing him with Rob Lowe again)

Skip Fresh Horses even if you're tempted to see him with Molly Ringwald again. It's dumb.

I haven't seen his later films so I don't know if they are necessarily his best, but I loved these. I haven't really gone past his 1980s work.

i second all of these; weekend at bernie's is also worth a watch.

Pretty in Pink is his best movie. I love him as Blaine!
