Have the VSC DVD + Vestron VHS big differences.

The DVD which comes out of Canada runs 87 minutes while the VHS is 97 minutes what a big difference. While the dvd is way overpriced & usually ships out of Canada it is dissapointing after you view the uncut vhs. All the violence has been cut everything is gone. I hope the rumors of Lions Gate here releasing it are true. I dont understand why VSC buthered this in the first place.

I know the Chained Heat film scene for scene, and when I watched the Canadian VSC (www.VideoServiceCorp.com) version, I stopped counting after 21 cuts to the film. They should be ashamed to released this "PG" version of this now butchered film!? I couldn't get through the entire movie! I don't know Red Heat or Jungle Warriors to know if they were cut as much as Chained Heat was! Get the Import of "The Concrete Jungle" (1982), which is just a VHS rip, and bad quality, but a MUCH better film than "Chained Heat" (1983), overall anyway! They even took most of the same cast and put them in Chained Heat, playing the same characters as they did in The Concrete Jungle! Now, I'll have to double-dip and get the PanikHouse version of this same Triple Feature, which came out MUCH later! Had I known they were gonna release it properly, or even AT ALL for that matter, I would've waited! The crappy VSC version isn't cheap, and its crap! AVOID!

Is the vsc version really edited? Is all the nudity and violence cut out ? Edited for tv version? Language too?
