Not sure where they got this title considering how calm and cool he was while doing all the killing.

shareGood answer. Anyone who slaughters people the way Terry does -- even if it's done in a cool, calculated way -- is definitely filled with severe inner rage. This can be seen on his face in the early scenes where his mother announces that she's going to marry her beau and he's going to be Terry's stepfather.
