I uploaded uncut version on You Tube

It has the missing gore and missing footage from the lower quality VHS edited into the superior out of print DVD, which had been cut.

Someone must have reported it because it says it was taken down due to copyright infringement. I don't understand why there are all these movies on YouTube that one can easily buy on DVD and no one says jack about them but then they see a movie that is only available on an OOP DVD that costs a small fortune and they report it. It pisses me off. Like if you're going to report anything, report the uploads of movies people can easily buy on DVD for like $5, not an OOP movie that most people won't ever get the chance to see unless they spend $100+. I wanted to see this again.

Marianne Kanter no doubt. She sued that DVD off the market.

That being said, I watched the upload. The poster did a terrible job and left out several MPAA trims. Not worth reuploading until they get proper editing software.

The movie itself wasn't reported. The channel was removed. I've had it uploaded various times over the last 2 years and I've never gotten a claim on it...yet. It's on my current channel, and yes it's uncut.

NOW it's been claimed. Arrow Films (who recently released the DVD/BR) filed the complaint, which kind of irks me as they actually used the comments section of the video to promote it for some time with updates on release, features, etc. Thereby making me think they saw the value of having the film on youtube and were cool with it. It was a dupe of my aging VHS copy after all, hardly a replacement for an extras-packed, restored DVD/Blu-Ray combo (hell, I bought the 3-disc C.E. myself).

Could've at least messaged me and let me delete it myself (as others have graciously done with certain films in the past) rather than getting my channel suspended :/

Search torrents for blu ray rips of it. I just watched it and it was funny to me.

Damn and I just want to see the hospital scene and I guess a 'pie rage' scene.
